INTEGRITES

In 2025, INTEGRITES becomes the General Partner of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), a national non-profit NGO and one of the largest professional communities in Ukraine with over 7000 members.

After the election of a new UBA President and Vice President in 2023, INTEGRITES began to successfully develop cooperation with the Association, actively involved in its committee work, speaking at and co-organizing various events together with the UBA.

In particular, after eight years of successful board membership in the UBA Committee on Corporate Law and Stock Market, Illya Tkachuk, Senior Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A Practice at INTEGRITES, was elected Deputy Chair of the Committee in 2024. Together with his colleagues, Illya contributes to the development of corporate law in Ukraine, offering solutions to the authorities based on the successful experience of developed economies and Ukrainian market realities.

In 2024, INTEGRITES regularly participated in the UBA's key events. In particular, the firm became partner of the I UBA Investment Forum, and Managing Partner, Dr. Oleksiy Feliv organised and moderated a panel discussion on attracting investments in the Ukrainian energy sector.

Counsel Inna Kostrytska took part in Labour Law Forum as moderator of the Practical Session, where participants discussed mobilisation, conscripts’ reservation and issues faced by business in Ukraine in this context.

Partner Anna Pogrebna co-moderated a panel discussion on government incentives for investors at the Corporate Law Forum, and senior associates Serhii Datsiv and Vitalii Labadin spoke at the Energy Law Conference and the IT Law Conference, respectively.

Managing Partner, Dr. Oleksiy Feliv: “In the status of the General Partner, the cooperation of INTEGRITES with the UBA reaches a new level. The current leadership and the activity of the Association in recent years have not gone unnoticed by our team. They resonate with our vision and values, which is why we want to support the UBA in its development as a General Partner. Together, we would like to improve the legal culture in Ukraine and strengthen the Association's influence in professional, business and government circles. I am confident that our cooperation will also contribute to the rebuilding of Ukraine, which is already underway.”
