Partner and Head of Cross-Border Litigation at INTEGRITES Dmytro Marchukov receives recognition of the Who’s Who Legal (WWL) 2023 in three categories: Asset Recovery, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Mediation.
Dmytro becomes the only lawyer from Ukraine to be recognized in the field of Asset Recovery as the Global Elite Thought Leader: the highest ranking WWL has, which is awarded to a select number of legal professionals. One of the referees describes Dmytro Marchukov as “an excellent litigator with in-depth knowledge of cross-border matters".
Dmytro is also ranked as the Thought Leader in Commercial Litigation. Traditionally, only the lawyers who obtained the highest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources during the research cycle were considered for the 2023 Thought Leaders: Commercial Litigation listing. In 2023, Dmytro Marchukov is also one of only two Ukrainian practitioners recommended by WWL as Global Leader for Commercial Mediation, having been praised as “display[ing] a cooperative attitude, professionalism and integrity”.
Dmytro Marchukov has 18 years of experience, having represented major international and Ukrainian clients in a variety of dispute resolution matters. He has sat as an arbitrator and frequently acts as the Ukrainian law expert in civil, commercial and criminal proceedings in the US, the UK, British Virgin Islands, Monaco, Cyprus and Switzerland, as well as in the arbitration proceedings under the ICSID rules.
