Two lawyers from INTEGRITES participate in the governmental working groups established to shape Ukraine’s negotiation positions on its EU accession path.
Upon the recommendation of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Counsel Inna Kostrytska was included in two working groups where she will contribute her expertise to the national policy on freedom of movement for workers, as well as on social policy and employment. The working groups were approved by a resolution of Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration – Minister of Justice, Olha Stefanishyna.
Delegated by the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA), one of the leading NGOs in the area of renewables in Ukraine, Senior Associate Serhii Datsiv has joined the Energy Working Group to contribute to aligning Ukraine’s energy legislation with the EU standards.
