Illya Tkachuk, Partner, Head of Corporate and M&A, is promoted to Senior Partner effective from October 2022. His promotion takes the total number of senior partners at INTEGRITES to five.
Illya Tkachuk joined the firm in 2019 as partner. He has 15 years of experience with a distinct focus on foreign investment projects, cross-border transactions, corporate and M&A, securities. Illya has been heading the firm’s French Desk offering comprehensive legal expertise and assistance in project implementation in Ukraine to the French-speaking clients.
Prior to joining INTEGRITES, Illya Tkachuk acted as a local partner and head of the Corporate and M&A at the Kyiv office of an international law firm.
