Asters is delighted to announce that Anzhelika Livitska has joined the Firm's Energy & Natural Resources practice as counsel.
Anzhelika has more than 22 years of experience in Energy & Natural Resources and Real Estate & Construction. She focuses on Ukrainian and European land law, environmental law, mineral resources research and mining; construction and real estate issues (including preparation and negotiations of the general construction agreements, lease agreements, land lease agreements, superficies, servitudes), preparation of the due diligence reports.
Earlier in her career Anzhelika Livitska headed Legal Department at the State Committee on Land Resources of Ukraine, worked as Lawyer for the World Bank project and as Senior Associate at Salans/Dentons law firm Kyiv office.
Anzhelika Livitska has MBA from Green Power Academy (London), Master's Degree in Real Estate Planning and Land Law from the Royal Institute of Technology of Stockholm and Master's Degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Anzhelika is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and has authored over 100 publications on Ukrainian energy, agribusiness and real estate law issues.
