AEQUO has advised Dragon Capital, one of the leading private equity funds in Ukraine, on the acquisition of Aladdin Shopping Mall in Kyiv from Meyer Bergman.
Aladdin Shopping Mall, with a total area of 16,466 square meter, is located in a densely populated residential district right next to Pozniaky metro station and close to Piramida, a shopping center Dragon Capital acquired in 2016. AEQUO also advised Dragon Capital on the acquisition of Piramida back in 2016.
