Interlegal Ukrainian and Romanian offices jointly arrested the vessel as ship repair debt security in behalf of one of the largest Ukrainian ship repair yards.
Shipowner’s debt against the shipyard exceeded 350,000 USD with payment delays.
Since independent negotiations between the parties became unsuccessful, Interlegal lawyers joint the process.

Due to ship arrest, shipowner paid out the ship repair contract debt in favour of shipbuilders within several days.
