The main engine broke down during partially loaded vessel shifting. Due to serious accident the vessel was unable to perform a designated voyage, while the master unlawfully rejected the remaining cargo loading which resulted in terminal capacity unexpected overflow and handling interruption with possible impact on the shipper’s obligations under other contracts.
