Money Token is a financial ecosystem where you can get a hard-currency loan secured by BTC/ETH or other cryptocurrencies basically worldwide.
We have been providing legal support for the project since its beginning. Working together with the client we have built corporate, tax, and financial structures, have prepared the set of documents for token sale and formalization of the relationship between partners, advisors and other participants of the token sale.
It was the very special project in the light of the need to support three different types of compliance for security purposes and compliance with the requirements of financial legislation and securities legislation.
The teams from Kyiv and Lviv worked on the project: Kylyna Zabrodska, Olenka Zabrodska, Sashko Kozhukhar, Andrii Honchar and Artem Datochnyi under the leadership of Orest Gavryliak.
Our work on this project is not over, and we are currently working on obtaining financial licenses.
