Asters' Counsels Yaroslav Petrov and Dmytro Shemelin have been approved as recommended arbitrators of the Georgian International Arbitration Centre, a leading dispute resolution institution in the Caucasus – Black Sea – Caspian Region.
The central objective of the GIAC is to establish neutral, efficient and flexible mechanisms for alternative dispute resolution. To ensure this objective each member of the list of recommended arbitrators is revised and approved by the GIAC Arbitration Council decision based on the experience in alternative dispute settlement, professional education, duration of work experience and other relevant circumstances.
