AEQUO has advised Dragon Capital, one of the leading private equity funds in Ukraine, on the acquisition of a 13,000 square meter shopping and entertainment center Smart Plaza Obolon in Kyiv.
Smart Plaza Obolon is located in a densely populated residential area near the Minska metro station. The anchor tenants include Silpo, Comfy, KFC and Eurasia.
