AEQUO has advised Dragon Capital Group of companies, one of the leading private equity investors in Ukraine, on acquisition of a logistics center and an industrial center in Kyiv region.
The logistics centeris located inBucha, Kyiv region, with an area of 31,508 square meters and the industrial center is located in Hostomel, Kyiv region, with an area of 10,203 square meters. Both centers are modern high-quality assets occupied by solid tenants, including Unilever, being a long-term lessee.
The transactions prove investors’ faith in growth of the Ukrainian economy in the coming years.
