Semen Khanin, Attorney at Law, managing partner of the Amber Law Company, Ph.D. in Economics, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Advocates' Association spoke at the International Research and Practice Conference "Administrative Justice in Ukraine: Problems of Theory and Practice. Tax disputes in administrative proceedings" which is held within the framework of the Administrative Justice Days in Ukraine.
Thus, on 4 and 5 July 2022 the Supreme Court of Ukraine with the participation of international partners, government officials, scientists and experts from various countries held an international conference, during which a number of important issues were discussed concerning tax policy changes and effective mechanisms for tax dispute resolution, analysis of court practice and international experience of certain categories of tax disputes, as well as taxation under martial law.
