INTEGRITES unveils new results of the annual evaluation: senior associates Inna Kostrytska and Kristina Shyposha are promoted to counsel effective from January 2023. From now on, Inna and Kristina will lead the Employment and Business protection, compliance and anti-corruption practices respectively.

Inna Kostrytska joined INTEGRITES in 2019 as a senior associate, Corporate and M&A, Employment. Inna has more than 17 years of experience, over the last few of which she has developed a distinct focus on labour law issues, including labour dispute resolution. Since 2021, Inna has led the HR Club – a discussion platform established by the Employment practice to share expertise with the general counsel community. Additionally, Inna Kostrytska is the leading legal expert in the knowledge partnership between INTEGRITES and one of the top job search engines in Ukraine, Work.ua.

Kristina Shyposha is a lawyer with more than 12 years of experience in resolving complex disputes. In 2017, she became part of the INTEGRITES team, and since autumn 2022, she has been appointed head of Business protection, compliance and anti-corruption practice. Kristina specializes in implementing business protection strategies for foreign clients, sanctions, asset tracing and recovery, internal investigations, compliance risks. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Kristina has been advising foreign and Ukrainian clients on the risks of cooperation with the aggressor state and conducting business under occupation.
