Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm appointed Dmytro Hrybov, its attorney of Real Estate and Construction Practice working at Kyiv office, as Counsel.
Dmytro Hrybov has more than 10 years of experience in practical field, including legal consulting and intra-corporate work at different management positions in the leading international industrial and financial group.
Dmytro joined the Real Estate and Construction team of Ilyashev & Partners in 2018. His expertise includes structuring and legal support in the investment and construction projects, legal support and counseling on the agreements of different complexity, in particular those related to the purchase, sale, lease of industrial and commercial real estate and land, due diligence of investment projects, permits, acts and decisions of public authorities, etc. He successfully represents the interests of clients in courts and public authorities.
Dmytro has a unique practical experience allowing the Real Estate and Construction Practice of Ilyashev & Partners to provide legal support and counseling during:
- investment projects, including those with the involvement of foreign capital;
- conflict and non-standard situations arising during the implementation of construction projects;
- privatization of real estate;
- commissioning of residential buildings and large industrial facilities;
