The research highlights that "Partners Timur Bondaryev, Sergii Shkliar and Lana Sinichkina co-lead the Competition practice that continues successfully counsel a mix of major global and local companies on the full slate of antitrust matters."
The ranking notes "Arzinger major victory in court proceedings challenging the country’s largest ever cartel penalty of €240 million, which Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee levied against a group of tobacco companies". The firm also successfully represented a leading Ukrainian construction group before the Supreme Court, which cancelled gun-jumping fine imposed on the company, as well as advised major global companies in investigations before the Antimonopoly Committee and other appeals against infringement decisions.
