Vasil Kisil & Partners’ Board of Partners decided to expand its management team, promoting its senior associates Tetyana Berezhna and Yuriy Kolos to counsels.
Tetyana Berezhna has been with Vasil Kisil & Partners since 2011. Tetyana specialises in domestic litigation, in particular, tax, customs and other disputes regarding invalidation of state bodies’ decisions. In 2017-2018, international legal guides Chambers Europe and Legal 500 recognized Tetyana as a tax professional.
Yuriy Kolos joined the firm in 2011. Yuriy specialises in commercial litigation and representation of creditors and debtors in insolvency proceedings. Yuriy is experienced in handling cases involving public procurement, real estate and construction disputes, in particular disputes over rights to real estate and land plots, investment disputes in the construction sector, disputes with controlling bodies regarding inspections, etc.
