Evris law firm has successfully completed the project on provision of legal support for PJSC Alfa-Bank in the process of financial restructuring of nearly USD 100 mln debt.
This project is the largest in terms of debt volume, which has been restructured, among all procedures carried out in accordance with the new Law of Ukraine "On Financial Restructuring". What is significant in this project, is that major systemically important commercial banks have finally come into financial restructuring. The documentary part of the procedure itself was accurately prepared, thus it took only 1 month to complete it, which is also a record.
Evris team responsible for the project consisted of Kateryna Breduliak, Associate, Banking and Finance practice, and Sergii Papernyk, Head of Banking and Finance practice.
